SCCM Rebooting Servers - Keeping Redundancy

Hey Team, 

I've been trying to automate our windows updates with SCCM by creating ADR's and creating a Maintenance window on the Device Collection. However, is there a way to reboot the servers one at a time and not all at once?

This way, we can keep our services up if we have 3 web servers (just 1 will be down during the whole maintenance)
