Unable to Sync WSUS, SCUP and SCCM

Hi All,
I have installed Windows 2012 server, SCCM 2012 SP1, SQL 2012, WSUS Version: 6.2.9200.16384 and SCUP 2011 on a single machine.
Everything is working good except that i am unable to publish my SCUP updates to SCCM console. there is no internet access as its a lab environment.
the entries from Wsyncmgr.log files are as follows :
