Custom MOF settings not working on some servers

I have an environment with 11 servers running Windows server 2012 - very identical setup.
My SCCM are now 2012 R2 (w. kb2905002).

On 8 of my 2012 servers, hardware inventory recognize my custom settings imported into the MOF.

On 3 servers I get the "Collection: Class <classname> does not exist".
The servers are very identical setup.
I have tried to reinstall the Agent.

I have searched a lot - and tried some thing - but still, out of luck (and the R2 upgrade didn't solve this).

Now I need some good ideas/hints, how to solve this...
I need this to work on all servers.
