SCCM Update and Distributions Points

Hi I have a few Questions about SCCM Update.

1. Is it Possible to mark Updates in the Catalogue as “Denied” to make I easier when I set up new Update Deployment packages?
2. Is there a Way to make more languages available in my Deployment but only Download the “English” to my DPs and the Client must DL the other language by itself when it’s necessary?
3. Can I rollback Updates that already have been installed?
4. And the las one when I deploy my packages is there any way to configure the DPs to Download the Updates from the Internet and not from my Primary Site Server?
