Windows Defender and SEP no automatic definition update

Hi!

I have an scenario with 400 machines.

I have aproximately 33% Win7, 33% Win8.1 y 33% Win10.

I have an ADR with Windows defender and Forefront updating 3 times a day.

The problem is that the system wont update automatically. They only updating when i press update from the clients in each machine.

Am i missing something?
