DHCP Configuration Pack

Dear All,

I have DHCP server 2008 Standard R2  SP1, And Also I have SCCM 2012 SP1 in my Environment, I've Downloaded the DHCP Configuration Pack from this link http://systemcenter.pinpoint.microsoft.com/en-us/applications/configuration-pack-for-windows-server-2008-r2-service-pack-1-dhcp-server-role-12884930968

I imported the .CAB file in the SCCM and deployed the baseline on my DHCP server and i got Compliance results "Not Applicable" does anyone have any idea why am getting this result ?

 Also i installed on the DHCP Server the "SystemCenter BPA.msi" file included in this package but still i got the same results
