I have 1 computer that was running fine but all of sudden would not start the Microsoft Antimalware Service after restarting. Even the Microsoft Security Client disappeared from the taskbar. I did run a malwarebytes scan but nothing was found. I have tried to re-install the SMS agent and it reinstalls successfully but SCEP fails to install.
In the EndpointProtectionLog I am getting the following error messages:

I also tried to manually uninstall SCEP but get access denied.
Any ideas?
