Software Update - Download stuck at 0% (Not a bounderies problem)

hi

I have 3 Updates for Server 2008r2 that refuse to download. everything else is working just fine so I'm, sure it's not a bounderies problem.

The servers report back Error 0x87D00215 "Item not Found" ,but i can browse to the URL "https://DP-Name/NOCERT_SMS_DP_SMSPKG$/af7f4f4c-c7e9-4912-a96a-92eeea6d36ef" and see that the file is on the DP. When i try to download it i get 403 forbidden ,but I aslo get the same message if i try to download updates thats working so i don't think it's part of the problem.
IIS log looks clean.

I have tried to redeploy the updates ,tried to delete the deployment package and redownload everything.'
