I have a lot of issues with complains that their computers reboot unexpectedly, this is because i install all updates during when the most computer are online on the network. Then I have a service window at night time which reboots the computer if the user did not shutdown the computer when he left the office.
The problem is that the reboot message only appear after update installation, if you miss this message then it won't notify you until it is about to be rebooted which is at nighttime!
The best would be if i could specify a reboot interval, like: "Display a reboot message every 1 hour" until the computer is rebooted.
How are you deploying updates? How long before deadline are you making it available? Are you showing any notifications? Are my users just cranky? :)
