SCCM 2012 Update Job Win8 to Win8.1

Hi!

I need create update job for Windows 8.0 Pro workstation.  I use this FAQ:

But accurred issues:

1) whenan executive for test VM

cmd     setup.exe /auto:upgrade

Nothing happens. 

when an executive for test VM Win8pro GUI Setup.exe(win8.1pro) , thenrequires thekey. If entry "XHQ8N-C3MCJ-RQXB6-WCHYG-C9WKB", Wizards says It's good.

Is there setup.exe /auto:upgrade in addition key similar /key=XHQ8N-C3MCJ-RQXB6-WCHYG-C9WKB ?

2) Is it possible, at a upgrade time, save users personal files and program  settings?
