ADR Generated Deployments Do Not Show Patching 'Progress'

We are seeing an issue with ADR generated Deployments in which they do not show client 'Progress' for patching primarily, if the deployment is not enabled during creation.  (I even have this happening on few ADR deployments that are "enabled" at the time of creation).   After systems in the deployment are patched and rebooted, they will report compliant (or errors).  We need to see the progress for systems that are patched automatically and "Pending restart".  If I create and deploy a SUG manually (enabled), I see patching Progress status for the same systems.  It is not an issue with the clients. I can reproduce this across more than one SCCM environment.   I appreciate your help.  Thanks.
