Baseline to detect state of Internet explorer Protected mode

I'd like to make an audit of protected mode usage on IE before enforcing some settings.

I've created a Baseline for the following registry location :

Key : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\3

Name : 2500

Value 0

After running this C.I the compliance state is not detected.

What did I wrong ?
