Keyboard layout settings changes automatically after software Update installed

Hi,

I have one user reported that 

Every time an Microsoft update is pushed to my laptop it changes the default keyboard layout to English (US) instead of leaving it as English (UK). Is there any one have any idea about this issue, Please let me know
