Hi everyone,
I've deployed some Windows updates to all of my Windows 7 workstations. I've set a deadline time to 48 hours after deployment avalaibility time - i.e., to 13:00. I've set the option "Supress reboot on workstations". In my default client settings, I've set computer restart settings so: "Display a temporary notification..." - 360 minutes, "Display a dialog box that the user cannot close..." - 60 minutes.
The question is:
Can the end user delay restart on his workstation after deadline time - in this example, will be a temporary notification received, and the user will be able to click "remind me after 360 minutes" or so - or will be computer restarted in any case?
How can I prevent the restart, if end user cannot delay restart after the deadline time?
