I have deployed a large amount of Windows Updates to a group of corporate users. Once the deadline is reached the installs will occur and reboots if required. I configured a MW of 8pm - 6am. If an user takes his/her laptop home and leaves it powered on, will the install occur, or does the device need to be connected to the corporate network and talking to the site server for it to be aware of it's maintenance window? Would it do nothing in that case?
