Hi,
We have a Vista bitlockered system on SCCM 2007.
We upgrade the client to SCCM 2012 and deploy a TS Windows 7.
Task sequence:
1.disable bitlocker
2.restart in WINPE
3.format system disk
...
Untill now, I had issues with the TS at the very beginning (restart winpe worked, then it stopped smsts.log showed: "ConvertBootToLogicalPath failed (0x80070003). Retrying (29).").
Now a new issue: the tasksequence even does not begin (does not reboot in winpe) and smsts.log shows "Volume c:\ might be in the progress of encryption or decryption", conversion state is 2.
Failed to find a volume that is suitable for staging the boot image.
Now I wonder if bitlocker isn't the root cause of our issue.
Iow: are the steps we take correct? Seems ok to me, but winpe seems to have issues accessing/formatting the (bitlockered?) drive.
Note: when restart in winpe worked, diskpart showed the volume without a driveletter whereas DVD and "configuration manager" volume it assigns D & C.
Please advise.
